Before the session
Once you reach out, we’ll go over the idea, location, timing, and overall direction for the session. For portraits, this can include styling references, mood, or locations. For concerts and live events, we’ll discuss venue access, performance timing, and the type of coverage you need before the day of the event. For personal projects, album rollouts, and editorials, a moodboard must be created and presented before moving forward.

During the session
For portrait sessions, we’ll meet at the agreed location and take a few minutes to set up the scene, lighting, and overall mood before we begin photographing. You’re welcome to bring different outfits, references, or ideas for the session, and we’ll move through everything naturally without rushing the process. For events, I will arrive a few minutes before the event to prepare and understand exactly what you want to be captured.

After the session
After the session, I’ll go through and professionally edit the final selection of images. You can expect the full gallery to be delivered within 7-10 days, depending on the type of project and the amount of coverage. You will only be sent high-quality edited images; no RAW's will be included under any circumstances. For concerts, live performances, and events, it would take up to 2 weeks to receive the full gallery.
FAQ
How do I book you?
Reach out through the contact form or email with your project details, preferred dates, and location. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, the booking is secured through a signed agreement based on the service and a deposit payment that goes towards your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session. From there, we’ll plan everything needed before the session or event.
What’s the best way to inquire about a custom project?
If you’re working on something outside the standard sessions, send over the details through the contact form or email. This can be anything from artist rollouts and backstage coverage to editorials, campaigns, live tours, or more personal concepts. Once I have the basic info like the idea, timing, location, and what you’re looking for, we’ll talk through the direction, coverage, and what makes the most sense for the project. You will still need to a sign an agreement and do a deposit payment.
What if we need to reschedule due to weather?
If the weather doesn’t work for the session, we’ll simply move it to a better day. For outdoor portraits especially, lighting and atmosphere make a huge difference, so I’d always rather wait for the right conditions than force a session that doesn’t feel right. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process and find a new date that works for both of us.
How do you deliver the images?
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you’ll be able to view, download, share, and select your favorite images easily. The gallery includes high-resolution files for printing as well as web-sized versions for social media and online use. If you’d like to print any portraits in a larger format, prints can also be ordered directly through the gallery store. Different sizes and print options are available directly inside the gallery during the ordering process.
I've never done a photoshoot before. What do I need to know?
First, don't worry - most of my clients aren't professional models, and many have never been in front of a camera before.
Before your session, please choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable, get plenty of rest and stay hydrated, and bring snacks with you if your scheduled shoot is more than one hour. Arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
During your session, understand you do NOT need to know how to pose. I am here to guide you through poses, expressions, and movement throughout the shoot. Make fun and relaxation your focus because energy is the priority to bring the best desired results.
Please make sure your hair and makeup are professionally done, bring any props or personal items you'd like to include in your photos.
What is your cancellation policy?
A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your session date. Because your date and time are reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48-72 hours' notice. One reschedule may be permitted based on availability. Additional reschedule requests may require a new retainer.
Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the retainer. If a client fails to appear for their scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and all payments made will be forfeited. Understand that if no-call, no-show occurs you will be blocked from booking a session again.
